Dive In

For over 15 years, And Company has collaborated with HBO to create dynamic key art, motion pieces and digital campaigns for some of their most iconic shows. Below are some of the highlights.

Years and Years

WELCOME TO THE NEW NORMAL

When the world is falling apart, you do everything you can to keep it together.

This is the basis of HBO’s new drama Years and Years, for which we were tasked with creating key art that explored a modern family portrait — relatives gathered around the television, watching their world slowly descend into dystopia. Using 3D rendering, we developed key art that portrays both a sense of dread and a sense of hope — a light in the darkness, a rebirth amidst the destruction. The family’s future may be uncertain, but, whether they like it or not, they’re in this together.

HBO: FYC

SO MUCH TO CONSIDER

In today’s award season landscape, standing out is harder than ever.

To showcase HBO’s groundbreaking slate of acclaimed series, we developed an overarching campaign design that would extend throughout the entire awards season, reinventing and elevating the original key art for each of the premium series. With the integration of bold graphic type, the campaign spotlights the critical high praise for each show, and focuses on the most important part of the art — the characters themselves.

What’s My Name: Muhammed Ali

THE GREATEST, IN HIS OWN WORDS

For HBO’s What’s My Name: Muhammed Ali, our assignment was to capture the essence, the humanity and the legend of the most charismatic sports figure in history, who transcended the world of boxing and "shook up the world."

The key art conveyed how Ali always took on challenges bigger than himself and always had his eye on something greater. In addition to traditional billboards and digital applications, we had the honor of watching a visual artist create a mural based on our art in L.A.
