Hollywood Park was imagined, planned and brought to life by a deeply experienced team that has embraced and reimagined the entirety of what L.A. is — the colorful characters, tastes, sights, passions and pastimes of one of the world’s most idiosyncratic urban places.

 

Our branding, marketing and collateral efforts tapped into the spirit of the area, the enthusiasm surrounding the development of a state-of-the-art stadium for the Los Angeles Rams and Chargers, and the city-wide excitement for the evolution of the region to promote this burgeoning international destination.

Hollywood Park reflects and connects with a distinctive community that is uniquely Southern California and genuinely Los Angeles.

 

To fully articulate this vision, we created a brand book that defined Hollywood Park as a reimagining of everything it means to be Los Angeles —embracing the thriving culture of the area while redefining design, entertainment and community to bring the future of L.A. to life. We followed this up with a brand lookbook — a stunning hardcover table book that features striking visuals, quotes and maps to bring this vision to life and leave a lasting impact on community members, investors and potential tenants. Finally, we created an app as a functional tool to communicate this vision to consumers, businesses and community members, wherein users can interact with the landscape and layout of the space, and experience a taste of the revolutionary culture of Hollywood Park.
